From Huntington: Interstate 64 East toward Charleston. Take the 35th Street Bridge (Exit 98) toward WV 61. 35th Street Bridge becomes 35th Street. Turn Left at light onto MacCorkle Avenue, SE. Travel 14 blocks to 47th Street. Turn right onto 47th Street. Day Surgery Center is on the left.

From Beckley: Interstate 64 West / Interstate 77 North toward Charleston.
Merge onto MacCorkle Avenue SE / WV-61 N via Exit 95. Travel approximately
14 blocks to 47th Street. Turn left onto 47th Street. Day Surgery Center is on the left.

From Morgantown: Interstate 79 South. Interstate 79 becomes Interstate 77
