Patient Satisfaction

Because we are interested in meeting our patients' and families' expectations, we request that all of our patients complete and return a Patient Satisfaction Survey.

Our facility has an outstanding record of patient satisfaction. Our standards for high quality care are demonstrated in our patients' positive responses to our survey. Patients appreciate the follow-up phone calls from our nursing staff and the friendly environment our entire staff helps to create. We continuously assess how we can improve our facility and the services we offer. Please notify our administrator if you feel there is anything that could be improved upon.
